Shipping Policy

When it comes to online shopping, hatchmobile Help prides itself on providing you with a clear and transparent shipping policy.

In response to COVID-19, all our carriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and wellbeing of their drivers and our customers.

Please be assured that all our carriers are following the advice and guidelines from the government and that the safety of everyone is our priority.

There is currently no impact to our delivery services at this stage, however we encourage all customers to use your home address for delivery.

What Shipping Options does Hatch Mobile offer?

Currently we offer shipping to all US and Canada orders.

What is the Processing Times?

Orders can sometimes take up to 3-7 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

How long will it take my order to process for shipment?

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfilment center by the applicable carrier. For any query, please email us at hatchmobi.com.

How long is your In-Transit Time to receive my package once my order has shipped?

In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US/Canada Holidays. 

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder. Our stores email is sometimes known to go straight to either folder. 

If you still haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, it's okay. Contact us and we'll fix it! Please allow up to 48 hours for correspondence. 

Unexpected Delays

In some instances, the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over!
