Shipping rate will be calculated at the time of checkout. Shipping rates varies based on your location.

How long does the shipping take?

12-18 business days. Please remember that all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  Please keep in mind that times of delivery can be affected by the busy seasons such as Christmas or other holidays, which may cause a slight delay during such period.

I have not received my order even though the estimated delivery time has passed. What do I do?
